For a birthday treat I went to Nattura Nordic for a seven course tasting evening last week. The pop up is now closed for the season. It was put together by Kitchen Theory. Earlier in the month, we had been to Dabbous in Whitfield Street. I think Noma in Copenhagen has a lot to answer for!
Anyway, this next year I am going to Oslo not for the food but for the architecture. I may be Nordic Noired out.
