Many of us over 60 are counted out when part-time jobs come up despite our collective wisdom and abilities.

Dear Sir

Sue Perkins cannot be serious in suggesting the licence fee payer
owns 90% of the BBC. We have no votes, no representation and none of us are
trustees. Now if she is suggesting a cooperative model for a 21st Century BBC
bring it on. Anything is better than the current structure.
