Yesterday, I visited Basingstoke RFC to meet some of their management team to chat about the Legacy plans we are developing for RWC 2015, to have lunch with Steve Tristram and Jim Darragh and watch them play Westcombe Park in London Three London & SE league. To date the visitors had won 2 from 6 with 12 points whereas the home side had also won 2 from 6 but had gained less bonus points. After the game Basingstoke had won 3 and lost 4! They walloped WP and gained a bonus point for good measure.
